Our Frame Assembly Robot is the "state of the art" technology for assembling picture frames. This machine takes moulding directly from a high speed automatic saw and then joins the complete frame with an advanced four head v-nail design. The entire process requires very little labour which therefore significantly reduces ongoing operating cost! The Frame Assembly Robot is servo-driven and controlled by a windows™ based computer system which allows quick and precise changeovers from one profile to another (less than 5 minutes). This machine is equipped with a special patented fences to achieve perfect corner alignment. Our Frame Assembly Robot always guarantees a consistent quality product.
